あんこうを食べる会
冬ボが出ました！いやほとんど出ませんでした！不況です。キツいです。
しかしすでに予約はしてしまったため今年もやります。「ボクたち開発で接待することもされることもないからボーナスがでたら高いものを自腹で食べにいこう領収書はいりません」の会です。もうしばらく開催はないかもしれません（汗）。
部屋に通されまして、まずはビールと前菜が運ばれてきます。すっぽんの煮こごり、自家製塩から、フルーツトマトのゼリー寄せ。
「これは...もう日本酒だねぇ」
日本酒がくるまで（もったいなくて）箸が止まるメンバー。
「あんこうの握りでございます」
あんこうって生で食えるんだ！アンキモといっしょに。けっこう歯ごたえがあります。うまい。
「青森産のヤリイカでございます」
はるばる青森から生きたまま！身が透明です。箸で持つとピンと立ちます。う、うまい。
「酢の物でございます。皮、身、唇、...（あとは忘れた）」
もきゅもきゅ食う。もうこれだけでお酒飲みたいと言い出すやつまで（ボクです）。腸が絶品。あと、三杯酢の加減が絶妙。みんな汁まで飲んだ。
「あんこうって提灯あるの？」
「それはチョウチンアンコウだけでしょう？」
あるでしょう、ないでしょうの議論で盛り上がっていると店員さんが提灯だけ持ってきてくれました。あったのかー。後で鍋に入れるそうです。
「アンキモでございます」
アンキモなめちゃだめ。居酒屋で食べてわかったと思うなよ、と。これがもう至福の味。なまめかしくて、舌にとけて、コクがあるのにくさみがない。
最初、大根おろしじゃまーとか言ってよけて食べていたけど、後半は大根おろしがとてもいい薬味ということがわかります。料理人はすべてよんでいる。僕たちは手の上で踊るだけです。
なんだっけ。ほほ肉？を揚げたやつに甘いたれがかかっているやつ。もう酔っぱらっています。とんでもなくうまかったという記憶だけ残っています。
あんこう鍋でーす。肝と味噌のスープです。
濃いぃぃぃぃ。うまあぁぁぁぃ。
身は、いっちゃなんだけど鱈みたいで淡白。ダシで煮た野菜がうまい。
「野菜はお代わりできますよ」
ぜひ！！
そんなダシでつくった雑炊がまずいわけがない。ほんとにうまい。
最後は去年とおなじくかぼちゃのアイス。アイスまでうまい。
ごちそーさまでした！お会計！ぎょぎょぎょ。がんばって働こー！
おっしゃ！次行こーゼー！でなぜかカラオケ。80年代しばり。
