いろいろ思うところがあり30代限定で語り合う飲みを行う。
「刀削麺 西安飯荘 (1)」
とはいってもまずは飲む！食う！
「しそ・クレソン・シャンツァイのサラダ」
さわやか。うますぎ。シャンツァイ（香菜、パクチー、コリアンダー）が苦手な人もおいしいおいしいと食べる。
「西安家庭風のゆでギョーザ」
ほうれん草がねりこんであったり。味付けしてあるのでそのままお召し上がりください。
「クラゲの細切り冷菜」
紹興酒が効いていて、んー、ちょっと微妙。
「スープたっぷり！ショーロンポー」
スープが飛び出すのでまずレンゲの上で割ってくださいと説明を受けます。あふれる肉汁。うまいね。皮はかなり厚めでちゅるんとはいかずもぐもぐと食べます。
割らずに食べてみました！危険！火傷します！
たくさん飲み食いしてシメに刀削麺。調理場で削っているのが見えます。
これ好き。麺が半透明でもちもちですごくおいしい。シェアしないで一杯頼んでもよかったなぁ。
