いよいよ新展開！(なにが？)
新たなるつけ麺を求めとなりの駅まで遠征してみましょう。
「中華そば 彩(さい) (1)」
西武新宿線下落合駅北口を降りてすぐです。
「えーと、つけ麺大盛り。」
「スープは、あっさり、こってり、超こってり、がありますが。」
「(0.5秒でものすごくいろんなことを考えたよ)…超こってりで。」
店内にはハワイアンが流れ、なぜか世界各国のビールがそろってます。
「つけ麺 600円)＋大盛り(100円)」
超こってりはつけ汁に豚の背脂が超浮いていました。でもスープ自体は醤油味で超澄んでいます。出す前につけ汁を湯煎するので超アツアツ。では背脂を超たっぷり絡めていただきます。ずる。
あぁー、豚の香ばしく野性的な香りがー
たまりません。なんか雅ポーク(通称もち豚)という肉を使っているらしいのですが、豚臭いけどイヤじゃない。むしろイイ。個性的でうまいですねー。これ、唐辛子があうかも、と思ったらちゃんと用意されていた。やるナ。
この店、大根おろし入りの和風つけ麺なんてのもあります。ぜひ食べなければ。隣の醤油ラーメンも実にうまそう。こちらはあっさり味でいただきたいですね。
