「出がけてくっから お昼は蕎麦茹でで けぇ(食え)」
自分で茹でるくらいなら自転車で5分の「かくれたそば処 茂三郎」へ行きますよ。なかなか行く機会がなかったんですよね。
ふつーの家です。場所は藤川ンちのそばです。誰？いや小学校の同級生なんですけどね。
暖簾がかかっているのでかろうじて蕎麦屋とわかります。が、わたしは玄関を入ったところで迷いました。
「そば茶とそばせんべい」
茹でるたびにお湯変えてるのかなぁ。けっこう待ちますのでのんびりしててください。
「もりそば (600円)」
こころもち太めの蕎麦。わたしはもぐもぐ噛んで蕎麦を食べますが味が濃くてうまいです。ものすごいコシ、あごが疲れるほど。
「追加 (400円)」
つゆもカツオ出汁が香っていい塩梅。おいしかった。親父に言わせるといまひとつだって。
