ということで山形(市内)の実家に帰省しました。ぜんぜん雪がないなぁ。
田舎料理の数々でもてなされました。
大根の炒め煮(?)：大根を炒めて油揚げといっしょに煮物にしたやつ。いちばんうまかった。
青菜漬け：青菜(せいさい)という菜っ葉の漬け物。高菜の一種らしくけっこう辛みがあります。ごはんを葉っぱでくるんで食べるとたいへんうまいです。
おみ漬け：せいさいを刻んでさらに大根や人参をいれて漬ける。これもごはんがうまいです。日本酒にも合います。お茶にも合います。山形はお茶請けに漬け物がでます。
青菜漬けの煮物：油で炒めた煮物。これは辛みが抜けて甘くなる。
赤かぶの酢漬け：なんかうちではよく食べますね。コリコリと歯ごたえがいいです。
もってのほか：菊のおひたしですね。醤油でも酢醤油でも。
白菜漬け：おいしくなーい(笑)。今回は母親も失敗と言ってました。おばあちゃんの白菜漬けは絶品です。
