もつ焼きウッチャンが遠くなったので五反田のレバ刺し屋さんを探検。

「もつ焼きばん」

ここはすでに細切れにされたレバがタッパーにたっぷり入っており、注文に応じてざるで洗うという。だからちょっと味が抜けちゃうんだよねー。新鮮でコリコリはしてるんだけど。

意外に豚レバ刺しが置いてあるお店はここだけかもしれない。韓国料理店が多いので牛レバ刺しを置いてあるお店はたくさんあるんだけど。
