宿題のお店にやっと来ることができました。

「新宿煮干ラーメン凪」

狭い店内にぎっしりとつまった煮干の箱。煮干臭が立ち込めています。

「煮干ラーメン」

煮干ぃ。くあー、うめぇ！

ぴらぴらの極太ちぢれ麺とワンタンの皮のような極幅広の麺。どちらも食感が素晴らしい。

ひさびさに新種のラーメンに出会えた幸せを感じました。

『わが煮干に一片の悔いなし！』

五反田ガード下は無視ですか。。

金曜日テレ朝の帰れま５で五反田駅周辺の中華屋を
取り上げていました。
視た人は、この選ばれ方は大人の都合だろう、、と。
