池袋の麺屋ごとうに行こうと思ったら、なんだよ！休みかよ！
「立教通りの にぼきゅう」
煮干そば専門店です。学生さんが大勢いました。むしろ学生さんしかいません。
「煮干そば」
動物のダシは使っていなくて煮干だけだそうです。背脂すごいけど。煮干というかイワシ臭い。イワシの丸干しの汁をしぼり入れた感じですかねぇ。
麺は幅広の平麺。めずらしいですね。そんなにスープに合ってないですが。
もちろん無化調。でも毒の元というものが用意されており、味をブーストすることができます。やんなかったですが。
不思議なラーメンでした。
