はるさんから野毛で飲むというメールがきたので合流することに。
「福田フライ」
ネットで調べてきた。山陽の向かい、野毛の有名店のひとつだそうです。
串揚げを注文するとお母さんが手早く揚げてくれます。いいお母さん。
まずはカキとくじらのフライ。味付けはソースと辛い醤油ダレの二種類が選べます。この辛いやつがニンニクぎっちょりでビールがすすむ。
奥で包丁を握っている息子さんは魚担当。以前は和食の店で働いていたらしい（仙屋のおやじ情報）。
刺身盛り合わせ。マグロ、カワハギ、タコ。わ！本マグロだ！うめー！
甘鯛の松皮造り。驚きの500円。
すごい店でした。今度は白モツとお新香を食べたい。
山陽で餃子を食べた後、牛タンの店こと仙屋へ。
つきだしがうますぎる！牛タンの根元の部分だそうです。とろっとろ。これだけでいい。
そして今宵の牛タンも絶品でございました。なんだろうねこのうまさ。

ではお店に飛び込むのに勇気がいるらしいと
伺っておりました。
目黒のホルモン通りにあるもつ鍋の店が山形牛
のもつ使用だとありましたが、系列の店の方が
レバ刺中毒の方に会いそうです。
