朝起きると焼きたてのパンの香り、ではなく食卓に広がる納豆臭。

山形名物、納豆汁です。納豆を味噌と一緒にすり鉢ですり、里芋、ニンジン、コンニャク、芋がらの入った汁に溶き入れます。

ンめぇぞ。
