中華街裏通りツアー 1軒目 北京飯店

今年も「ボクたち開発で接待することもされることもないからボーナスがでたら高いものを自腹で食べにいこう領収書はいりません」の会がやってきたのです、が。
今年は中華で満漢全席！的なことを考えていたところ、かわたさんが豚バラが絶品というお店を知っているというところから話がずれ始め、中華街裏通りめぐりとあいなりました。
一軒目はここ「北京飯店」。老舗なんだそうです。
ビールとともに俺様から注意事項。
「今日は好きなものを注文できるというわけじゃないぞ！」
各店舗で名物と言われる料理のみを堪能していきます。
ここは小龍包と北京ダック。のみ！
「小龍包の食べ方知ってますか？」
知りません。いったんレンゲにのせて、皮を割ってスープをすすってから食べるということでした。
うまーい！スープたっぷりです。これだよねー。
丸ごと食べたらさすがに熱かった。ほふっほふっ！ビール！ビール！
おつぎは北京ダック。大好きです。いやー何年ぶりでしょうか。一枚で千円します。
お店の人が巻いてくれます。どきどき。
うまー...ん？こんなもんだっけ？
いや、そうとううまいのですが私の頭の中で美化されすぎていたようです。今度はさりげなく食べにこよう。
