ふと香港食卓のフォーを食べてみようと思い立つ。

「海老とレタスのチャーハンセット」

チャーハンうまい。レタスシャキシャキエビプリプリコメツブパラパラ。俺の人生の中でチャーハンを食べる機会をもっと増やしてもいいかなと思った。

フォーは...スープが薄っぺらいな。ちゃんと丸鶏で出汁とってるわけじゃないのかも。フォーの本質は米の麺ではなくスープなのかもしれない。
