こっちにも最後のご挨拶。こっちは暇そう。
親父寝てるし…
ギリギリの経営状況はブログでチェック！
「おなかすいたー。なんかおなかにたまるものー。でも、おいしくなきゃいやー」
「んじゃ、今日はこれしかねぇよ」
小アジのまる鍋。アジをいったん揚げて、焼きネギとおもちといっしょにダシで煮る。アンタこれうめーよ。汁がうめーよ。汁で日本酒飲めるよ。
「スッポンといっしょで『まる』というのはスープを味わうもんなんだよ」
もちろんご飯を入れて雑炊にします。ハフホフ。ハフホフ。ハフホフ。
たまに度肝抜かれるほどおいしい料理を出してくれます。来年も楽しみにしています。

山形の上喜元の亀の尾作りです

上喜元は知らなかったです。
亀の尾は夏子の酒のお米ですね。
いやいや、やはり地元のお酒ですよ！
