六厘舎＠大崎

久々に徹夜仕事。はやめにお昼をとる事にして六厘舎に行くとしよう。しかし休日出勤等のごほうびに六厘舎や二郎という流れは、もう心の底からよくわかります(笑)。
開店前にお店の前に並ぶのは初めて。けっこう並んでますねぇ。ファーストロットは開店前に麺は茹でられており、お客さんの着席と同時に提供できる仕組み。つけ麺屋ならではのアイディア！
「中華そば 大盛り (750円)」
久しぶりだけど、でかいどんぶりだな、おい！
半分食べた。ここからまだ普通の店の大盛りレベルの量がある。ここに恐ろしさと同時に「まだたくさん味わえるという」幸せが同居しています。後半は魚粉とか豆板醤とかを混ぜ一気に食べ進みむ！ぷはー、うめかった。
