元祖一条流がんこ＠目黒

もう一度目黒に行く用事ができたので、この前調べたがんこに行ってみましょう！
「元祖一条流がんこ総本家客分 目黒店 (1)」
うわぁ、なんだこりゃ。駅ビルの地下の食事コーナーの一角にあるんですね。明るすぎる…。わたし、総本家や西早稲田店の薄暗い店しか知らないのでカルチャーショックでした。いちおう白いタイルを黒い紙でおおって雰囲気を出そうとはしてますけどね。ちゃんと骨も飾ってあるし。
「鷄骨ラーメン (800円)」
味噌を食べにいったんだけど、限定の鷄骨(けいこつ)ラーメンがまだ残っていたのでそっちにしてみました。
にごってますね。いつものがんこのイメージからもっと透き通って鶏油たっぷりのものを想像してました。博多とんこつとかにごった系のスープってちょっと苦手なんですよ。もやっと感を感じてしまう。
7時半でお客いませんねぇ。総本家とかはインパクトのある味だったから不便な場所でも行列ができてたけど、ここは大勢の人がくるから無難な味にしなければならない。あんなしょっぱいラーメンじゃきっと客が怒りだすはず。むつかしいですね。
