いつもおいしそうなもの見るのが楽しみです。でも・・体の調子は大丈夫ですか？太らないですか？

健康診断の結果は問題ないようです。ただし太ります。ええ。一時期はヤバかったです。油と炭水化物の固まりですもんねぇ。

ここ数ヶ月ラーメンをひかえたらすぐ6kg落ちました。オーストラリアで3kg増えましたが。平気ではしごとかするしなぁ…。
