タイ旅行 4日目 アユタヤー
アユタヤーを見に行かなきゃ。世界遺産だし。義務だ。
バンコク、ホアランポーン駅のインフォメーションで、
「アユタヤーに行きたいのですが」
「アユティアー行きはあと15分で発車です！左の改札で切符を買ってください」
そして改札で、
「アユタヤーまで」
「アユティアー？15バーツだ」
どうも俺にはアユティアーに聞こえる。
ホームでどの電車かなぁと迷ってると駅員さんに、
「どこに行くの？」
「アユティアーまで」
「これだよ」
うむ、見事に通った。アユタヤーまでは約1時間半。
アユタヤーで自転車を借りてシャカシャカこぐ。けっこう広い範囲に遺跡が点在しています。
遺跡は過去ビルマ軍にボコボコにぶっこわされているのでどこかものさびしい感じ。
ひとりだったので象さんには乗りませんでした。でも水浴びみてたら水をぶっかけられた。ちべてー。
夕方、遺跡でお腹いっぱいになりバンコクへ戻ります。
今日は誕生日。いえぃ。川沿いのレストランに席を取りちょっと豪華なディナー。
JR東日本の山形キャンペーンの中吊り広告で、芭蕉の俳句が英語で書かれているポスターがあり、ふと思いついて今回の旅行におくのほそ道を持ってきていたのですが、異国の地で読む芭蕉は思いがけず心に染みわたり思わずうるんでしまう。
月日は百代の過客にして 行交う年もまた旅人なり
バンコクはごちゃごちゃしてて騒がしかったなぁ。ここは好奇心が摩耗していない20代前半にくるべきだったなぁ。とかなんとか考えてたらひとりで4時間ぐらい飲み食いしていたよ。
明日はタオ島だ。
【遺跡いろいろ】
ちゃんと時間通り発車します。でも時間どおり着くとは限りません。
アユタヤー駅。線路をわたって乗り降りします。
すぐに川があるので渡し船を使います。
2B。学校の生徒もたくさん利用します。毎日2Bかかるのか。
わ、遺跡しかないと思ったらけっこうでっかい街だった。
首がない仏像。
犬がだれてます。
たくさんだれてます。暑いもんねぇ。
木にのみこまれてしまった仏像。いっしょに写真を撮るときには座って仏像の頭より低い位置に自分の頭をもってくること。
ボロボロだねぇ。
やっぱり日本のとちょっと違う。
象さんだ！けっこう揺れてる。酔いそう。
むかしはどんな街だったんでしょう。
仏塔は逆釣り鐘型。
また寝てるし！
笑ってるし！
異国での誕生日ですね。
おめでとう！！
旅、楽しんでいるようですね。
本場のタイ料理はどうですか？

タイ料理が好きという理由で新婚旅行をタイに
しましたが、相棒は辛いの苦手…。
それほど沢山は行ってませんが、
Central World Plaza(伊勢丹あり)のフード
コートが清潔＆リーズナブルな値段でした。
そこから、ラチャダムリ通りを挟んで向かいの
地下にある土産物センターが質がよく、品が
多く、その割に安かったです。
プーケットで象に乗ったのもおもしろかったです。

これでまた帰国したらティーヌン直行するんでしょ？

ほとんど屋台で食べてました。どこかでだれかしらなにかを食べてますね。
