下町のカルビ屋本舗＠高田馬場

ご近所にまた新しい店ができましたよー。
古くさい看板がところせましと貼付けられたちょっと狙いすぎの感がある外観。
「<昭和30年代>下町のカルビ屋本舗 (1)」
最初の<昭和30年代>という枕詞は店の名前としてヘンだよぅ。ようは七輪で焼き肉を食べさせる店です。
ということでランチメニューの「ひじりつけ麺 (600円)」ひじりって何でしょう。
豚が中心の塩味のつけ汁。底の方に醤油ダレが少し沈んでいます。麺はストレートの固めの麺。おぉ！馬場には珍しいひと玉ぶんしかない麺。非難していないです。馬場の量は異常です。しかし5口で食べ終わりました。
塩が立っていなくわりとイケるつけ麺でした。やりますね。
イメージ先行型の店と思いへんな先入観があったのですが店員さんが元気がよくて気分がいいです。内装は木とトタンでつくられており(まんまと)落ち着けます。いまは作られた古くささですがしばらく煙にいぶされたらもっと味わいがでてくるのではないでしょうか。がんばってください。

すいません、いつも場所を書くのを忘れてしまうんですよね。ここです。
夜、行ってきました。
値段がとても安いのですが、味もそれなりで…。とくにハラミはやめたほうがいいです。残念。基本的に肉に味がついています。
あとすごく暑いのでなるべくラフなかっこで。
BGMは坂本九とか、そんな感じでおもしろかったです。
調べたらチェーン店なんですね。

肉は…イマイチ。
でもその分極端に安いかと言うとそうでもなし。
最初からつけてある下味も単調でした。
網交換や炭の追加で料金とるのもどうかなあ、と思いました。

あ、そういえばここの冷麺食べてないや。
今日、平間店に行きました。
チネチッタの近くの小川店は丁寧な接客とそれなりの味で気に入っていたのですが、平間店は今まで経験したことのないほどの最悪な店でした。スーパーバイザーが平謝りしてたけど、もう二度と行かないです。
まず、注文してから、30分出てこない。
肉も、タン塩は噛み切れない、スペシャルかルビは全然やわらくない、豚トロは元気に燃えるけど噛み切れず灰皿行き。ユッケは肉が太く硬くて、なんだんだ！一回注文して、文句言って帰ってきました。3人家族でドリンク一杯ずつたのんで、これで、3000円。う～ん、高い！行くのはやめましょう。
はやく牛肉輸入禁止の問題が片付けばいいですねぇ。
とりあえずクーポン券をどうぞ。
…って工事中かよ！
最近行きましたけど、人も代わってて、肉もおいしくなってましたよ！
めったにそっち方面には行かなくなってしまったので、そういう情報はありがたいです！
これから焼肉と生ビールがおいしい季節ですね。
