今日のどっちの料理ショーは「冷やし坦坦麺 VS カレーラーメン」だそうです。担々麺が好きなブローディーもさそって食べに行きましょう。

「冷やし担々麺 (750円)」
まず冷やしても普通の担々麺と値段が変わらないという時点で感動。なぜ他の店は冷やすと値段がアップするんだ！(そりゃぁ手間がかかるからさ)
氷で冷やされたミルキーな胡麻だれがむちむち麺と絡んでおいしいです。つーか麺がうまいなぁ。あ、前回は麺をけなしてる(笑)。ごめんなさい。いや冷やして締めたからですか？そしてそんなに辛くない。どっちかというと甘いです。
普通冷やし麺は氷で冷やすと油が固まっちゃうのでコクを出すのに苦労するらしいのですが(たいがい酸っぱくしてサッパリに仕上げますよね)、胡麻ダレって冷やしても固まらないから有利ですね。
「鉄鍋棒餃子 (5本) (500円)」
カリカリで香ばしくてジューシーで。ランチのごはんもらえばよかった。ごち。
「俺はもっと中国っぽいほうが好みだな(こっちは普通の担々麺を食べた)」
うん、もちっと麻(マー)が効いていたほうがいいよね。しかし！ブローディー君。スープがある担々麺は日本で生まれた食べ物なんだよ！詳しくは「美味しんぼ (85) 坦々麺のルーツと元祖」で！(この前BOOKOFFで買ったばかり)
