お。大根おろしが入ったつけ麺、いわゆる「おろしつけ麺」を出す店が早稲田にもあるみたい。いま言って気づきましたが「おろしつけ麺」って語呂はいいですがあまりみかけないメニューですよね。
「むあん (1)」看板の漢字が読めません。
「おろしつけ麺(850円)＋中盛り(150円)」
大根おろしは別皿に。まずはなにもナシでいただきます。ずる。ふつうの中華麺タイプのつけ汁ですね。いいバランス。透き通ったスープに少し多めの油が浮いています。ちょっとコショウをふったらびっくりするほど味が引き立ちました。うま。
さて、おろしつけ麺のおいしい食べ方が書かれていました。スープが冷めるので麺の上に大根をのせて食べてくださいと。はい。ずる。んー、大根がからいね。もともとすっきりしたスープだからバランスがいまひとつ。普通の中華麺に大根おろしをのせた味を想像してみてください。
ここでシェフのひとくふう(誰だよ)。大根おろしに酢をふりかけてみましょう。これで辛みが和らいで酸味も加わりスープに合うようになりましたね。
難しいですね、おろしつけ麺。なんでそばつゆには合うんだろ？
みぞれ鍋みたいに軽く火を通すと大根おろしのツンツンした角が取れて甘みも出てかなりおいしくなりそうです。そんなめんどくさいこと店じゃできないか。やっぱり難しい。
しかしそれを別にすればうまいな。なんかやたらでっかいチャーシューがウリだそうなので今度はラーメンを食べにきたいです。
帰り道、ラーメン1杯180円のびっくりラーメンがありました。大行列。ネットを検索したらみんなびっくりしてますね。いろんな意味で。

噂に聞くけど未だに見たことがない180円ラーメン！ぜひ突撃したいです。
なんか自動でラーメンができるらしいですよ。

はじめまして、10数年ぶりに早稲田に帰ってきたハルッペと申します。
180円ラーメン、つっかけでいける距離なので行ってみました。
おやつラーメンとしては許せるし、
一回行くともらえるギョーザ100円チケットも使えばそこそこおなかは満たされます。
味はケンちゃんラーメンみたいな感じ。
この店の左向かい（次の信号の手前）にある
“肉のマキ”の揚げたてコロッケ63円の方がオススメです。
メンチ84円は独特な味ですが、個人的には大好きです。
早稲田や高田馬場近辺のお店情報に飢えてましたので
このＨＰに出会えて嬉しいです。
