鹿児島 3日目 / ざぼんラーメン

今日は1日雨の予報。
おどろくことにお酒の影響はほとんどナシ！いいお酒は違うね！ちなみにブローディーはずーっとロックで飲んでいたのでグロッキー。死んでます。記憶ないそうです。温泉にでも行ってスッキリしましょう。
金曜日の話。車の中でコウ君に、
「鹿児島のおいしいラーメンってどこ？」
「あ、ウチの近所のキムチラーメンうまいッスよ」
いやいや。そういう話ではない。
鹿児島っぽいラーメンをお願いしたら「ざぼんラーメン」に連れてきてもらいました。
おお！なんだこれは！敷地内にざぼんグループが形成されている！
「ざぼんラ−メン」「麺処ざぼん」「ざぼんの茶屋」「ざぼんの里」
もう何が何やら…
ここのシステムがたいへんめずらしい。店の中央にキッチンがあり麺の係の人がそこで麺を茹でどんぶりに移して野菜をのせます。で、だ。ホールの人が運ぶ時にキッチンの中の寸胴の柄杓に手を伸ばし自分でスープを注ぐのです。なんか不思議な光景でおもしろかったなー。
「ざぼんラーメン (750円)」
薄めのトンコツスープに太くて柔らかい麺。茹でキャベツ、茹でもやし。こがしネギ、メンマにキクラゲ。チャーシューうまし。後で調べたらこういうのが鹿児島ラーメンの特徴みたいですね。博多と熊本の中間って感じ。
あ、大根のおつけものが食べ放題です。

店名は同じですが中野にもあり食べた記憶があります。
豚骨でねぎラーメンがとてもおいしかった。
