上からかごが落ちてくるでおなじみ「香鶏 (2)」
まだ食べていないメニューがありましたね。
「あごだし醤油らーめん (700円)」
あら、背脂の固まりが浮かんでる。動物系のだしも強いスープ。それと焦がしネギの香り。ちなみに「あご」はトビウオのことです。麺は細くて腰があってつるつる。
んー。あごだしのすっきりした透明スープと思ったけど、これはこれでうまいです。ずいぶんと旨味が舌に残りますね。
