またもや高田馬場に新しいラーメン屋がオープン。実食が追いつきません。
「丸藤 (1)」
一風堂の派手な店構えの裏に、落ち着いたシンプルな店構え。みんな気がつくのかな？
「つけめん 大盛り (600円+150円) (?)」しまった、今年から大盛りやめるんだった。
煮干しの効いた酸味をつかっていないつけ汁。味がかなり薄めですがわたしはつけ麺を食べる時にスープもいっしょにすすりますので許容範囲内。みんなは薄いって思うはず。黒コショウがかなり効いていますが、かなり上品な味わい。麺の上にあるチャーシューのほかにもつけ汁に刻んだチャーシューが入っています。麺がかなり普通の麺。このスープにはコシのある細麺だとどうでしょうね。
スープ割りを頼んだら刻みネギを追加してくれました。あー、ほんとに上品でおいしい。そういえば馬場にはないタイプの店ですね。いいな。
ちなみに醤油ラーメンは揚げネギの香りが強すぎていまひとつでした。
