寒い。あったかいものがいいな。ラーメン…ばかりじゃいけないのでカレーを食べましょう。おいしいおいしいインドカレーのお店「MALABAR(マラバール) (1)」だいぶご無沙汰していました。
通り沿いにあるタンドールでナンやチキンを焼いています。あんなに手を突っ込んで熱くないんでしょうか？たぶん熱いでしょうね。
ナン。薄い部分は香ばしく、まわりの分厚い部分はもちもちして甘くてうんまいです。ランチはお変わり自由です。もぎゅもぎゅ食え！
「Bセット(850円)」カレー2種＋ナンかライス＋サラダ。
チキン、マトン、ベジタブル、エビ、ダール(豆)、キーマ(挽肉)、から選んでください。キーマとマトンがおすすめ。そんなに辛くはないです。ただ、たくさんのスパイスがそのままの形で入っていて、香りが複雑ですごくインドっぽいです(行ったことないですが)。
ナンはハーフ3枚目でおなかいっぱい。うまかった。
