ひゃ～、寒いですねぇ。あったかいものがいいな。そうそう「HARU (2)」の日替わりスープランチを思い出しました。
「トマト風味の本格ブイヤベースセット(900円)」
ランチでブイヤベースが食べられるなんてうれしいなぁ。白身の魚(クセがあった、なんだろう、小魚系)、イカ、ハマグリ、それとニンジンとかセロリの香味野菜。うれしいことにアイオリがついています。
熱々のスープをすぴすぴとすすりながらパンをもぐもぐ。今日は黒ゴマとレーズンっぽい何かでした。黒ゴマのパンおいしー。つーか、バターがうまいなここは。
セットのケーキは辞退したのですが、すぴすぴやりながら黒板に書かれたToday's Sweetsを眺めていると軽い後悔のようなものが。
☆バナナキャラメルケーキ
甘いバナナたっぷり。ほろ苦いキャラメルソースがアクセント。
☆アカシアのハチミツケーキ
ハチミツの優しい甘さが広がります。
☆りんごのタルト
焼きこんだりんごはやわらかくて甘くて最高！サックサクのタルト生地。
☆ダークチェリーのキャラメルケーキ
フレッシュなダークチェリーをぎっしり並べ、キャラメルソースでコーティング。
うまそーだなー…
