「開化丼」って知ってます？牛肉を卵でとじたもの。でもそれは「他人丼」でしょ？
「蕎麦屋のメニューによくありますよね」
ガーン！またもやトーキョーではメジャーな食べ物でしたか…
ということでちょっと落ち着いた雰囲気の蕎麦屋さん「歌千代(さらしな)」へ。なんでこれで"さらしな"って読むんだよぅ。しかもしゃぶしゃぶもやっている店でしたか。ここで真面目に蕎麦を食べた記憶がありません(どんぶりとかカレー南蛮は食ったことがある)。
「開化丼とたぬきうどん定食(850円)」うどん、しょぼっ！素うどん。揚げ玉はお好みで。でもボリュームはありますねぇ。
だいぶ浅いどんぶり。どこに売ってるんだこんなもの。ふだん肉がぺらぺらの牛丼を食ってるから、こう分厚いと違和感がありますね。硬いし。こんどちゃんと蕎麦食ってみよー。(たぶん食べない)
