先週のリベンジ「ひなどり」へ。ここは藤沢にある有名店「めじろ」の暖簾分けだそうです。めじろは2年前ぐらいに一度いったことがあります。
メニューはたくさんあって、醤油味、塩味、味噌味、各スープに合うようなトッピングのメニュー構成。なんにしようかなぁ。ネギの魔術師と呼ばれているなんて昔聞いたなぁ。
「油ねぎ醤油味(850円)」
残念、白髪ネギがのってるだけでした。(その上から熱した油をかけまわしたものと思った)。まずスープを。うま味ぎっしり、甘みが強い。麺は固め。メンマがでかくてうまい。焦しネギの味と香りが濃い醤油味に合います。そしてネギ。茹でたネギがデフォで入っているのですが、ポロネギのような甘い味で、透き通っていて、みずみずしくって、柔らかくって、これがもう絶品。うまい、ゴク、なぁ〜。
友だちが頼んだ味噌も食べてみました。こっちもかなり甘めの味付け。ゴマが効いていたかな(忘れちゃった)。
3人ともスープまで完食。「うまみがすごく強かったね」とわたしが言ったら、
「カップラーメンみたいだね」
と。言い得て妙。たとえが悪すぎるけどね(笑)
