オープン当初はつけ汁が薄くて薄くてどうしようもなかったけど、味が変わったというのでやってきました。「もりそば」うん、出汁が濃くなって麺もコシがある。たぶん池袋大勝軒の味からは離れてしまったんでしょうけど、わたしはうまいと感じます。つーか、だいぶうまいです。でも最後はやっぱり薄くなっちゃった。つゆをすすりながら麺を口に入れるとグッド。
